A Collaborative Participant will:

1. Treat all persons with whom it interacts respectfully and ethically.

2. Conduct its business and affairs with integrity.

3. Perform its services competently through properly qualified personnel.

4. Maintain a service environment that promotes appropriately prompt responses to communications from clients or other Collaborative Participants.

5. Perform its services in accordance with the engagement terms to which it agrees.

6. Respect client policies relating to gifts, meals, or entertainment.

7. Observe and comply with all laws and regulations applicable to it, including those relating to data protection, security, processing or transfer, licensure, employment practices, or workplace safety.

8. Maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client information in its possession or under its control.

9. Not engage in corruption or bribery in any form and fully comply with all applicable anti-corruption or anti-bribery laws.

10. Treat its workers with dignity and maintain policies designed to provide workplaces free of harassment or victimization and prevent discrimination based on age, disability, ethnic or social origin, gender, gender identity, nationality, race, sexual orientation, marital status, parental status, pregnancy, political convictions, religious beliefs, or other protected class status.

11. Respect human rights in accordance with internationally recognized standards such that those found in the International Labor Organization Core Conventions or the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

12. Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

13. Act responsibly with regard to its use of natural resources.

14. Maintain commercially reasonable disaster recovery plans and capabilities.
